Coliseum Deck (CD) Surface Lot Becomes Pay-By-Plate Only

The surface lot of the Coliseum deck will no longer be a permitted lot beginning July 1. This will now be a pay-by-plate lot only. CD permit holders must utilize levels two and above for parking.
