Pullen Road – Asphalt Rejuvenator Application, August 13
As part of the City of Raleigh’s annual street rejuvenation program, Pullen Road was selected as a pilot street for the use of titanium dioxide rejuvenator on new asphalt. This process is significantly quicker than resurfacing, however, the contractor will close one lane at a time and utilize flaggers to maintain 2-way traffic.
The contractor intends to start work at 5 AM Saturday the 13th and be completely out of the street by 8 AM.
