Each vehicle parked on the NC State campus must be registered. Use this form to add a new or remove a vehicle on an existing permit, or modify an existing vehicle. Additional vehicle/s may also be added in the Transportation Office at 2721 Sullivan Drive with proof of vehicle registration.
