Hillsborough Street Ramps to Eastbound I-440 to Close Nightly Beginning May 28

Beginning May 28 and ending August 26, there will be a series of on and off-ramp closures at the I-440 and Hillsborough Street interchange. In addition, there will be single-lane closures on Hillsborough Street for the removal and installation of temporary pavement needed to maintain the eastbound I-440 off-ramp to Hillsborough Street. The closures will occur nightly from midnight to 5 a.m. to allow crews to construct the interchange.

Traffic around the on-ramp to eastbound I-440 from Hillsborough Street closure will be directed to use Blue Ridge Road and Wade Avenue, as shown in the map below.
