NC State Transportation Launches Redesigned Website

On May 1, NC State Transportation launched a redesign of its website.

The new website utilizes the NC State Theme provided by University Communications to align with other university websites’ branding. Additionally, it reorganizes the menu and page layouts to offer a more user-friendly experience, reducing the number of clicks needed to access desired information.

The department also added a space counter widget to the homepage. Sensors installed in the CBC, MRC, Oval West, and Partners Way Decks count the number of cars entering and leaving, allowing users to see the number of spaces used in real-time.

The space counter information will soon be available in the iOS version of NC State’s On Campus app, which users can find in the Apple App Store.
