Important Update: Hillsborough Street Closure at I-440 Bridge Starting September 20

Please be advised that the eastbound and westbound lanes of Hillsborough Street will be closed from 9:00 p.m. on Sept. 20 until 5 a.m. on Sept. 23. This closure is necessary to demolish the eastbound I-440 bridge.

Detour Information:

• Eastbound traffic must follow the designated detour route indicated by the yellow path in the first image or the large dots in the second image.
• Westbound traffic must follow the designated detour route indicated by the orange path in the first image or the small dots in the second image.
