Nighttime Closures on I-440 for Ligon Street Bridge Work

Please be aware that westbound I-440, between Western Boulevard and Hillsborough Street, will be closed on the nights of January 13, 15, and 16 from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. This closure is necessary for crews to install girders for the new Ligon Street bridge spanning I-440.

Please see the map below for the detour around this closure. The red arrow represents the westbound traffic detour, and the blue arrow represents the eastbound traffic detour.
