Residential Students on West Campus Get More Parking

In an effort to accommodate the increasing demand for residential parking on West Campus, a change has been made to the West Commuter permit. Beginning August 1, 2022, the West Commuter permit will only allow parking in the Armory Lot and the West Deck. The West Lot will now become a Resident West parking area.

This change has been made as a result of feedback received over the last three years requesting more residential parking. This will allow us to make the best use of our parking inventory.

If you are a C permit holder, your permit will no longer allow parking in the West Lot. C permit holders needing alternative parking options should utilize the West Deck, Schaub Lot or the West Lot C Area.

Also, the pay lot area has been expanded to use all the spaces in its current location, doubling the amount of pay-by-plate spaces available.
