Route 60 Detour for North Carolina State Fair

Beginning Thursday, October 13 through Friday, October 21 Route 60 will be detoured to avoid the State Fair and Fairgrounds. Route 60 will utilize Wade Avenue to serve the stadium instead of Trinity Road.

The Veterinary College and Trinity Road will not be served.

The Carter-Finley Park and Ride will have a temporary stop installed on Westchase Blvd. beside the Close-King Indoor Practice Facility. The shelter on Karmanos Drive will be out of service. Since Carter-Finley and PNC Arena parking is free during the Fair, there will be no designated park-and-ride parking location.

Meredith College will not be served on Hillsborough Street, but rather by bidirectional temporary stops on Faircloth Street by the East Campus Drive entrance.

The route schedule will remain as close to the currently posted schedule as possible for major stops.
