Employee Parking Permits Transition to Non-expiring on July 1
A change is coming to the way employees renew parking permits!
Effective July 1, 2023, employee parking permits will become non-expiring if paid via payroll deduction.
What does this mean? After you renew your permit this year, it will remain active until you tell us it is no longer needed. This also means that the monthly fee will continue to be deducted from your paycheck while the permit is active. If you need to cancel your permit, submit the Cancel a Virtual Permit Form found on our website.
If you currently pay for your permit upfront using a credit card, you will have to come into our office located at 2721 Sullivan Drive to renew. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
To renew your permit or change payment to payroll deduction, log into your parking portal at ncsu.aimsparking.com and select “Order/Renew Permit.”
Employees are responsible for keeping their vehicle and license plate information up-to-date. An annual email will be sent to active permit holders with any rate or policy changes about your current parking permit.
Visit the employee parking section of our website for more information.
Questions? Contact Transportation at (919) 515-3424 or ncsu-transportation@ncsu.edu.
This change has been approved by the Board of Trustees as part of our annual ordinance review.
