Uses

Departmental Permit Uses: Departments may purchase parking permits for vehicles that park on campus. Permits will be issued based on the need and use of the vehicle.

Payment

Payment for Departmental Permits: Use Service Unit Billing for payment of permits. Service Unit Billing cannot be used to purchase individual employee permits.

$2,136 per year (FY 24-25)

This physical permit allows parking in your designated Reserved Space or any unreserved space on campus. It provides access to B and Dan Allen gates. AS parking spaces are enforced 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

$586 per year (FY 24-25)

Grants proximity parking in designated SV spaces or any unreserved parking space on campus and allows the use of short-term loading/unloading spaces for up to 30 minutes for government-licensed vehicles owned/leased by campus departments that need close access to service trucks/tools. This virtual permit may be paired with a UHF Sticker to provide B and Dan Allen gate access. SV parking spaces are enforced 24 hours, 7 days a week. An SV permit does not guarantee parking within any specific parking area.  Parking on curbs, landscape, or fire lanes with an SV is not permitted at any time. $804 per year (FY 24-25)

SV parking spaces are enforced 24 hours, 7 days a week. An SP permit does not guarantee parking within any specific parking area.  Parking on curbs, landscape, or fire lanes with an SP is not permitted at any time.  Please see our Service Vehicle (SV) parking space map for space locations. Individual employees who utilize an SP permit must also have a valid individual employee permit.

Departments may request SP permits using our Departmental SP Permit Request Form.

$552 per year (FY 24-25)

Allows parking in a designated UV space or any unreserved parking space on campus and allows the use of short-term loading/unloading spaces for up to 30 minutes for government-licensed vehicles owned/leased by campus departments that do not provide service to campus. This virtual permit may be paired with a UHF Sticker to provide B and Dan Allen gate access.

$552 per year (FY 24-25)

UD permits may be purchased by departments for employee use while conducting university-related business in an area outside of their normal parking zone. This physical permit is valid in any unreserved space in B, C, CD, DD, F, GV, RH, RV, V, and W zones. The permit also allows the use of loading zone (LZ) spaces for up to 30 minutes. Any vehicle displaying a “UD” permit must be registered with our department. UD permits may not be utilized by employees at their principal work location or for personal parking. This permit may not be used to provide employees with long-term or permanent parking in lieu of an annual or temporary permit. This permit may not be used to provide parking to visitors, guests, or vendors in lieu of a visitor permit.

$47 annual fee (FY 24-25)

This physical permit allows short-term parking in designated 30-minute loading/unloading spaces to facilitate departmental loading/unloading needs. It provides B gate access. When displayed on a state-licensed vehicle, this permit validates long-term parking on the top level of the Coliseum, Dan Allen, West, or Partner’s Way Decks. $10 per plate

Once affixed to the vehicle, a front license plate allows vehicles to back into a parking space on campus. The vehicle must have a valid parking credential. The vanity plate must match the rear license plate. Departments may order a front license plate here. Orders are placed on the 15th of each month.

  • The appropriate Project Code number to be billed

Departmental Permits for Invited Guests

Departments may also authorize invited guests to purchase a parking permit online. Departmental guest permits are $10 per day. For more information, contact Caitlyn Blakelock.
